INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds (from about 1 large pomegranate)
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet onion
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve with salmon.
