Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg. toffee pieces
- 16 oz mascarpone, softened
- 4 tbl. Sendik’s fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Beat cheese and orange juice till fluffy, add the rest.
Serve with cookies, apples, pears, or bagels.
