Sendik’s Recipes

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup light honey
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

 

Directions:

Makes about 1 cup

  1.  Combine syrup, honey, and butter in a small saucepan or microwave-proof bowl.  
  2. Warm over low heat or microwave at 2-minute intervals to melt butter and gently warm and liquefy into a syrup.  
  3. Serve warm, or store in refrigerator in a covered container up to 1 month and reheat as needed.
