Sendik’s Recipes

Ingredients

  • 6-8 C Mixed Fall Greens

Suggestions: Radicchio, Organic Arugula, Organic Red Leaf Lettuce, Organic Romaine Lettuce and, Organic Italian Dinosaur Kale.

  • 6 Dried Apricots sliced in strips for garnish

Mustard Vinaigrette:

  • 1 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ΒΌ C White Wine Vinegar
  • 4T Dijon Mustard
  • 2T Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1t Fresh Tarragon
  • 1 Fresh Shallot
  • I Clove Fresh Garlic
  • 1-2t Sugar

Directions

  1. In a Cuisinart, combine vinegar, mustard, sugar, and chopped tarragon, shallot, and garlic. Mix until combined.
  2. Slowly add olive oil to mixture. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss with autumn greens.
  4. Garnish top with strips of apricot.
